Your Care decided it was time carers were accountable for he service they provided. All of our carers are self employed, experienced and willing to go that extra mile to support their clients. They work with the same clients each week so they get to know their likes and dislikes and become like friends. We carry out follow up visits to ensure all parties are happy, our main concern is our clients happiness and wellbeing but also that of our staff. We gain feedback from our clients on the carers, this information is then shared with other clients looking for carers, after all what better recommendation than that from another client. Our carer are happy to work in this way because they believe they offer an exceptional service.
We offer very competitive rates - only £12 per hour.
We can provide long term, short term or one off visits.
We offer assistance with everything from cleaning, cooking, medication supervision, ironing, bedding change, to personal care, toileting, respite care, night sitting. In fact anything you need a hand with we have friendly, reliable staff available to help.
Already have a carer? We also provide holiday/sickness cover from our list of bank staff.
