- Cloisters care home is a purpose built care home, located in a prime Residential area in the London Borough of Hounslow. To the rear of the property are two attractive landscaped garden areas, including a secure garden for dementia residents.
Cloisters presently provides a 24 hour Nursing Care service for people who require palliative Care, a specialist dementia unit and Nursing Care to residents whom have physical problems associated with the ageing process or as a result of natural physical illness/disease which prevents them living at home. we also offer a respite service.
Accommodation is provided in single rooms some of which are en suite. The home is registered with the Care Quality Commission. The home can accommodate up to 57 residents. it ensures that Service Users needs are met in full according to their specific individual needs. we will endeavour to provide an environment of comfort, warmth, safety and homeliness. Residents can expect to find a happy, caring and lively atmosphere. Positive attempts will be made to form links with the Local community.
We have A dedicated Activities Leader provides a minimum of 4 activities a day over 7 days a week, with something for everyone s enjoyment.
