- We are a thriving gated student community in Birmingham and provide secure, affordable accommodation for over 600 students across all universities in the city.
We provide a great selection of accommodation for students: studios, 2 & 5 bed flats and halls of residence. Rent starts from as low as £72.50 pppw and includes all utility bills, contents insurance and 10Mb internet.
We have a great range of facilities for our students:
- Our in-house security team provides a professional yet friendly service 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
- On-site maintenance team.
- Free to use on-site gym, badminton court and outdoor floodlit sports pitch.
- We have an on-site convenience shop.
- We also have our own pub called the Village Inn which runs weekly quiz nights, open mic nights, Happy Hours and much, much more. There is also Sky Sports and BT Sports available at the Village Inn.
- Our on-site launderette costs only £1/wash and £1/dry.
- Car parking permits are available for our campus residents.
