iam paul-the painting contractor ltd ,a new business started in
march2012,iam ONLY a general painter-NOT painter-decorator
iam a emulsion/gloss-painter and prepare walls and woodwork-
i-e,doors/door-frames/skirtingboards/staircase/etc-etc,
i do not do special paint effects-marbling/other paint effects!
i can work along-side specialist paint effect painter if req'd
iam ONLY a basic emulsion/gloss-painter interior-exterior/
residential-commercial property ,also paint sheds/walls/fences/
lamp-posts/railings/etc -iam a very good painter with 10years-
experience from 1988-2000 approx working for various -
painter-decorators in london area,sadly i dont have references
or previous work-projects done history/portfolio etc-sorry-
please dont be alarmed-!! if your not happy with my work you
can fire me without me asking why or being offended ! iam a
very polite friendly-honest-respectable man been unemployed
10years and thought i cannot get any jobs i can do so im
going to start my own business ! i use a professional paint-
sprayer machine thats much better than using the traditional
roller-brush technique ,my method is quicker,smoother finish
looks great ,no roller streaks or brush marks etc ,also i have
full liability insurance i can prove this when i see your project
iam a very honest guy ,iam very good at painting but not
good at price-quotes ,i dont want to under-price and i dont
want to over-price your project ,so if its ok please can you
post to my home-address or email me a copy of your lowest
price-quote from minimum 2-3 other painter-decoators and i
CAN BEAT YOUR LOWEST QUOTE BY 25% GUARRANTEED!!
iam sorry for asking this of you ,its just i dont want to be
called a ripp-off painter or under-price my projects i work on
ive always previously worked for other painter-decorators who
did all the price-quotes without me being present when they
priced the project ! ive always worked on a day-rate £?
i can work on a day-rate of £100-00 per-day if you prefer this
? or price ? and if i work over the stated-agreed time-line this
is all my problem ok i will NOT charge you extra £££ !! ok !!
no vat included in my rate or price ! so if i work on your
project ,day-rate £100-00 per-day =30days -i will deduct
25% from the total amount =30days=£3000-00! now deduct
25%?? =£2250-00 ? is this correct !!?? you save=£750-00!!
ok ?? this offer is only for projects that are over 5days !
if your not happy with my work after 2-5 days you can fire me
without pay no reasons required ! no questions asked !
i wont be offended in any way at all , iam good at woodwork
preparation/wall-preparation/wallpaper removal -if you only
need help and not all the work done iam happy to offer my
services i work days/nights/week-ends ,i can work long term
if the project is going to take a few months this is ok ,i dont do holidays or days away etc ,i prefer to work ! iam available
asap & immediately & short-notice & longterm & can work
overtime late evenings if required ok ,and can stay on the
project if its suitable to sleep overnight on the project-
ive got all own tools-equipement-iam very polite non-swearing
non-smoker/non-drinker and always have a pleasant easy
