In 1992 I gained my first qualification as a personal trainer, since then I have worked in gyms and health clubs within the London area as a fitness and Exercise on Referral instructor and personal trainer, I am qualified in fitness training, advanced level instructing, and weight management, GP referrals and exercise programming for people with disabilities giving me the perfect balance of knowledge and applied skills. I am currently a freelance personal trainer and nutritional therapist with my own business, RJ Personal Trainer and Nutritional Therapist, based in Sutton, Surrey
I am now a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and am able to provide nutritional therapy services. Whatever shape or size I will motivate you to better yourself.
I have been a personal trainer in London for the many years and am currently providing services at Go-Gym, Sutton, Surrey.
Helping people lose weight, look good and feel good is my main focus along with increases in muscular strength and lean muscle but I do stress there are many reasons why exercising and eating well is important beyond physical appearance which is why I now offer Nutritional Therapy services.
