The offer is based on a subscription based service at £9.99 per month. We won’t hold you to a contract duration beyond an initial subscription for three months. After those three months, you are free to leave whenever you would like, but obviously we’d like to you to stay with us!
In return for your initial three month subscription, we’ll provide you with a number of benefits:
- Access to sample HR letters and templates designed to provide you with a suite of "ready to go" documents that can be used as and when you need them; all viewable and editable from our portal;
- Access to our HR Health Check, a no obligation assessment to see how your HR function currently works. This is designed to assess the people risk to your business and establish your current level of compliance with UK Employment Legislation.
- Access to an Employee Engagement survey to help you to understand and analyse how your staff feel about you as an employer, so that you can build a more engaged workforce.
Following the initial subscription, you can then determine what level of support you may need from our array of different services. Some of those services can be seen below, together with indicative prices:
- Managing your monthly payroll from £50 + VAT per month using HMRC approved payroll software which is fully compliant with Auto Enrolment and Real Time Information (RTI) HMRC requirements.
- Recruitment packages starting from £99 + VAT tailored to meet the level of support your business requires. We offer a variety of smaller services that includes drafting job descriptions, adverts and selection criteria, to providing onsite interview support. Alternatively we offer a large, fully managed campaign taking you through the all stages of the recruitment and selection process.
- Development of your HR documentation, such as
Management Manuals and New Starter HR Package
- Outsourced HR Solutions providing onsite or offsite consultancy to meet your ongoing needs on a project or retained arrangement. We are happy to quote you on a standard time basis, either hourly at £50 + VAT or for an 8 hour day at £350 + VAT.
The business has been designed to be as flexible as your business needs to be. Generally, there’s not a lot of situations that my HR Advisors (all CIPD qualified by the way) haven't encountered, so we should be able to come up with something that helps you out.
