- Here at Mindfulness CIC, we offer the clinically proven Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction programme. Our MBSR course is CPD accredited by the CPD standards office.

We are registered with the UK Mental Health Foundation and are a Community Interest Company. This means we’re not out to make profit for ourselves, we look to give something back to the community and to help improve people’s lives. Thus, we reinvest in mindfulness based initiatives and projects that will further benefit the community.
Although we are based in Leicestershire, our mindfulness and compassion meditation is mobile, thus our stress management events are run nationwide.
Our aim:
We use our mindfulness meditation to:
reduce stress, pain and illness; increasing emotional and psychological well-being
train teachers to pass on their knowledge and help others
help every individual person in a way that is best suited to them
