KICKBOXING: We have a carefully designed curriculum, grading system; we cater beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Classes are fun and include muscular strength and endurance exercises, flexibility, agility and speed work, self defence and other cardiovascular and plyometric exercises.
PESSONAK TRAINING: Desmond Burke is the founder of LinkArts Personal Training Services; he is a qualified REPs level 3 trainer with years of experience. We can provide sessions at your home, gym, place of work or outdoors. We use various methods to get out clients fit, lean, toned and to achieve general or specific fitness. We have been teaching kickboxing for 25 years and personal training and fitness training since 1999. We will design your training programme according to your specific requirements; we use kickboxing and boxing techniques and movements to intensify the exercises. Together we will set out your short, medium and long term goals; we will also monitor your static health and fitness goals
