• Completing weekly shopping tasks including collecting medication for clients. Preparing meals, general house keeping and house hold maintenance. Observing physical and mental well being and reporting any significant changes in to their GP. Promoting independence and a healthy lifestyle.
• Assisting clients to appointments, meetings, family events whilst making sure that they have everything they need to ensure peace of mind. Keeping a good relationship and communicating well with healthcare professionals.
• dressing, general personal care and continence care. Promoting the use of the correct equipment to maintain the safety and comfort of the client whilst manoeuvring around their home and community.
